I love this place! The atmosphere is casual and welcoming. The dining room has great booths with cushy seats or if you prefer, a table with regular chairs. I normally opt for the bar. Tall tables with comfortable bar stools with backs. Perfect for the long haul of deciding on which of the 30 taps you are going to partake. The beer menu is extensive...I mean really extensive. You really will have trouble deciding, but let your server help. The servers and bartenders honestly know their beers. Which is refreshing when you can't decide. Food is another reason I love Chappys. The fried chicken ...is to die for...the meat is moist and garlicky and the crust is crunchy and perfectly seasoned. I am not a dark meat eater...or wing nut...but this chicken makes me want to eat all the parts! Then there are the ribs...ok...Ohio is not known for ribs but it should be when these ribs are involved. The seasoning blend that they put on the ribs is smokey, sweet and spicy and the meat falls off of the bones. I will say that we go to Chappys at least once a week and still have trouble deciding on what to eat. All the food is great! So get a group...order different things and share....then come back again and order the fried chicken and keep it all to yourself!
