I am an NNA certified signing agent, background screened and E&O insured. I have 13 years of experience in mortgage banking in underwriting, document preparation, funding and post-closing, so I know how to properly prep and sign your loan documents. I am thorough, detail-oriented and have great communication skills in both English and Spanish. I am a professional and can be available same-day with enough turn-time to prep the docs for signing. I am available for evening and weekend appointments, but can accommodate any request with enough time to prepare. I travel to Contra Costa, Alameda and San Francisco counties.
