where do i start?? i have never found any type of buisness in my 64 years that has more excuses for the way they use the "hurry up and wait" line. 8 days ago i called for a prescription refill. i still dont have it. the pharmacy blaims the clinic, the clinic blames the pharmacy.. whos left? i blame the people that make the rule changes half way through the game....allow 24 to 72 hours for the refill.. how about 8 days? "please allow 9 days" is more like it. or will it be ten days?
