Shiki Restaurant

The location is a little hard to find, locate behind the Auto Bell Car Wash, near by the new Planet exercise Club. I have heard a lots of good thing about this restaurant from friends so decided to try them out. All my visits were pleasant experiences. The prices were reasonble, food and services were very good, I really enjoyed the friendly attitude that they made me feel welcome. I also appreciated that they kept the rest room cleaned, good place to eat.

I along with several of my neighbors have been visiting this restaurant for sometime and I have always enjoyed the food and service. Therefore, I was disappointed with the Manager when I asked for clarification on an issue. I had order a combination dinner that included soup, salad, and meal. I ordered another combination identical to mine to go. The price was the same, however, they did not include my soup with the meal. When I asked why, I was only given the answer no Japanese restaurant does that. I then asked if they could take the cost of the soup off my bill, and they again replied no Japanese restaurant does that. The explanation did not make sense and they seemed upset that I would even question them on this. I along with my family and several of our neighbors would eat at this restaurant at least twice a month, but no more. I hope the cost of their soup was worth the lost of our business and this review.

Shiki has delicious, quick, hibachi meals. It's very reasonably priced, and such a great alternative to traditional fast food. My husband and I give this place two thumbs up :-).

This place is your typical dark caverness strip mall type setting; however, it is clean and the food is hot and healthy. They have about 10 fast lunch options priced about $7-8 depending on your meat selection (chicken, beef, shrimp, etc). Not a lot of variety - but everything is consistently prepared. Chicken is all white meat and you get lots of veggies, sweet carrots and rice with shrimp sauce on the side. Service is fast and pleasant enough. Lots of booth seating, but the can accommodate large lunch groups as well. All in all, a good spot for a healthy lunch.

it is very dissapointed....I take my ladies friend there and it made me mad when several times they gave us wrong food and tried to still argument thats is our orders. the owner even not take any solutions...I will never recommend to all anybody!!!!...

It is very dissapointed in my life, when I take my dad to get birthday party there at shiki mooresville!!!...definately I never recommend this restaurant to anyone. food is cold and worst...the owner and waiter not friendly when we complained..!! they succeed to ruin my dad birthday. ..
