This was my first (and hopefully last) root canal. I was VERY nervous. Dr. Dinsbach and his team were fantastic. He explained exactly what was going to happen and how long the procedure should take. During the procedure, he constantly checked on my well being and continued to explain what he was doing as he proceeded. I received a follow up text from his personal cell to check on my recovery. Dr. Dinsbach and the team at Lake Norman Endodontics are fantastic.

Dr. Dinsbach did a great job on my root canal. Spent a lot of time discussing and answering all my questions regarding the problem and his recommendations for fixing it. Would definitely recommend him.

It was the best root canal. He explained everything thoroughly throughout the procedure. I didn’t need any medicine afterwards. Even sent a text the next day to check in to make sure I was ok. By far the best experience for a root canal.

I was scared to see a dentist in this covid 19 era, as well as the fact that I had to get a root canal! The office is so clean and welcoming. The staff was AMAZING! They made me feel so comfortable and the Dr did an AMAZING job. I didn't feel any pain and he was very clear with instructions and told me every step of the way what he was doing. The next day after the procedure I actually got a text message from him checking in on me to see how I was doing. I would definitely recommend this office!

Dr Dinsbach ans his staff were wonderful! Unfortunately I have had to have 3 root canals. Fortunately I found them! I am terrified of the dentist and mouth pain for me is the worst! The Dr and the staff were caring, professional and understanding of my needs. At once they put me at ease! They created an environment of calmness and comfort. They put music I liked sunglasses and talked me through everything! They were amazing!!!

Having had experiences with root canal procedures with several dentists, I can truly say that Dr. Dinsbach is exceptional. He and his team have performed three root canal procedures for me. He is personable, calming, caring, professional and informs you exactly what to expect in the procedure beforehand. He asks if you have any questions before and after procedure. My experience with other dentists who do root canal work is that they are simply mechanical technicians.

Dr Dinsbach explained the process and asked for questions, was willing to re-explain when needed, was interested in my comfort and did follow up after the procedure. Tonya was the assistant and she was great too.

I have had dental issues my entire life. I have seen too many dentists to even list. Dr. Dinsbach is a master of his skill to say the least. He explains everything up front, makes sure you are comfortable and lets you know exactly what he is doing through the entire process. He is so good at what he does, he actually makes a root canal bearable. Not to mention, he goes above and beyond by personally following up the next day to see how you are doing. Highly recommend this practice!

Everyone has heard of nightmarish experiences about root canals, not here. Experienced very little discomfort, which is to expected. Very professional, great attitude, great atmosphere, great hygienist.

Dr Dinsbach did a great job explaining what he found and my options for treatment. He and his staff were professional and took care of my tooth. He also texted me to make sure I was doing okay the next day.

I was in pain and not sure which tooth was affected, or even if I actually needed a root canal. Dr. Dinsbach was able to pinpoint the issue and take care of it with a root canal. He and his office staff were very professional and friendly. He texted to check on me and the dental work after my appointment...no other office or physician has ever done that! If you’re in need of this service in the future, I recommend Dr. Dinsbach!

One never feels comfortable going to a dentist. His assistant was really kind and took time to answer my questions while taking the x-rays. Then Dr Dinsbach followed explaining in detail why the root canal was necessary and what needed to be done. His thoroughness won by trust and confidence that he had the knowledge and skills to do an excellent job. Through the whole procedure he told me what he was doing and what to expect. It turned out to be the most pleasant experience I've ever had.

Dr. Dinsbach and the rest of the staff at Lake Norman Endodontics are awesome. I was a in a lot of pain coming in and they got me feeling comfortable and calmed down shortly. Dr. Dinsbach explained every part of the process and made me feel like I had a good understanding of the procedure. The assistants were caring and diligent as well and went the extra mile. I'm glad I don't need regular root canals, but if I have to get one again, I will definitely come back to Lake Norman Endodontics.

Dr. Dinsbach and his staff were excellent in their care. Each one always had a smile in greeting and were so reassuring. I will tell anyone that needs endontist care that this practice and this doctor are of the highest compassion and their level of proficiency superceded all my expectations. My only regret is that I have not had dr. Dinsbach to do all of my endontic care in the past. Thank you all.

I highly recommend Dr. Dinsbach. I have always been nervous going to the dentist, and up to this point, never needed the specialty work of an Endodontist. Dr. Dinsbach is personable and professional. He takes the time to explain the situation, give you all available options and will ask if you have any questions. He also follows up with a text message to ask how you are doing as well after a procedure. He has performed all work to date with no pain whatsoever during the procedure. Yeah!

Dr. Dinsbach made me feel comfortable from the moment he introduced himself to me. He made sure I understood what he was going to do and what to expect. The entire procedure went smoothly. My pain level after the procedure was minimal. Dr. Dinsbach gave me his phone number so that I could contact him at any time after the procedure if I was having difficulties. In summary I was extremely pleased with the care I received from Dr Dinsbach and his assistant.
