I drove 30 miles to purchase my truck from Mooresville Ford and I continue to make the drive to have my truck serviced. It is very family orientated and I have always been treated with the utmost respect and speed of service regardless of when I go in. They are definitely the best at what they do and is the reason I go there and recommend them

I drive 45 minutes out of the way (past other Ford dealerships) to buy my trucks at Mooresville Ford. They always seem to have the most inventory and best prices of any dealership. This is one of the few dealerships that don't harass you and their sales people really know the product. John Keyes and Doc Tadlock are the best! I wouldn't buy anywhere else.

My husband went in looking for a particular vehicle, for a precise price. He had been to many other dealerships that same day and everyone else said that it was not possible!! Ron was simply a pleasure to work with. Very professional and knowledgeable. They allowed my husband to drive from Mooresville to Statesville to pick me up in the vehicle. He noticed a couple of problems with the used vehicle and they took it right into the shop and took care of it and then ordered another part for it and called us when it was in. Very friendly group of professionals. As we were leaving, another used vehicle caught our eyes, and we ended up leaving with two instead of one. After our purchases, I noticed a problem with my vehicle and took it back and Michael worked with me until I was happy. While I was there, Ron came right up to me and remembered who I was and made sure that I was leaving happy. I hope that there will be no further problems, however I know Mooresville Ford will make it right!!

Bough my Escape from here and couldn't be happier

I recently had an accident and needed, basically, the entire front end of my 2012 Edge replaced. I can't say enough about the service from and work performed by Scott and his crew in the body shop. Not only did they make my car look better than new, they did so in only TWO WEEKS (a full week ahead of the original projected completion)!!! It wasn't the first time I've dealt with Scott ... and, if the need arises again, it definitely won't be the last! Thanks, Scott and everyone at the body shop!!!

I did not personally attend on this occasion, but my mother gave the most glowing report I have ever heard from her lips. Both men she dealt with, Joe and Scott, were courteous, knowledgeable and professional in their manner. Her car was taken care of in a timely fashion, the rate was reasonable, and the overall experience was stellar. Here's the kicker: she doesn't even like dealerships. Mooresville Ford is the one exception, and I give kudos to all who work there. Great job, guys!

My husband and I just bought a new Ford Edge and we couldn't be happier. Allyson was our sales rep and she made the process easy and simple. She even took the time to find the best price (either my husbands work discount or the sale that was going on) for us. We definitely plan on doing business again with them and hopefully working with Allyson again as well!

Wilbur Rouch and Mike Blank were great! I bought a 2011 Ford Flex that they had to get from another dealership. The process was very smoothe and I would not hesitate to buy from them again. After the sales they still took time to make sure I was happy and showed me the functionality of the vehicle. Not only do I love my Flex ,but Ford seems to really have it figured out. Between the Flex, Edge, Explorer, and the SHO they have it all. Consumers should really be looking at these vehicles. They are priced extremely reasonable vs. the competition. You would pay double for some BMW's and Lexus models. You don't sacrifice quality or performance with the Ford vehicles. Can you say 3.5 V6 with DOHC and 24 valve!! My Ford Flex Limited rides great and works for the family.

I can't explain how much I appreciate the TEAM that Mooresville Ford has! Phil, John Keyes and Michael Blank helped my wife and I out when we made our purchase of a new Focus. Mooresville Ford is one of few company's that put the customer first and look to fulfill their wants and needs. They have made a customer for life out of my wife and I.
