Slum Lord property management company. Repair requests and basic maintenance of the home have gone unanswered since I've moved in. He doesn't care at all of the living conditions of the homes he provides his tenants. I had to call the health department to come and inspect the home and issue repair orders just to get him to fix unhealthy and unsafe conditions.
