Purchased a Lexus ES330 in Nov. 2012 & was told the vehicle passed their used car inspection. In April 2013, I first used the a/c and it didn't work. I called the service department and was told to bring the car in on 04/10/13. I was told my car needed a new relay switch. I told them to fix the a/c and was charged $112.00. I was told that fixed the problem. In June 2013, my air conditioning stopped working again. I took the car in for repair on 06/11/13. I was told that a different part needed to be repaired and the cost was going to be over $900.00. They supposedly already fixed it back in April 2013. They suggested adding freon to my a/c as a temporary fix and charged me $24.57. My car is in the shop again today, 07/10/13 because my air conditioning is not working. This is the 3rd repair and the 3rd time I've been charge. There is no way my car passed their used car inspection and it's very disappointing they will not stand behind their sales. Beyond disappointed.

Bought a Buick Cenury 2001 in Nov 2012. Was treated very well by this dealership. Was a one owner with just under 30,000 miles. It is an old car by age but young in condition and mileage. I love it, rides and runs like a dream. Thank you Carolina Auto Direct.
