Best Value Mini Storage is a rip off. I have been waiting since August 29, 2010 for my security deposit. I called the end of September and asked where it was. I was told it would be mailed October 1st. Guess what???? Still waiting. And now the phone number has been disconnected and no one will answer the cell #. Beware. I would definately go to another storage facility.
