BEST SERVICE EVER! I have never used this company before, but I had an issue with my heatpump and I called one of the big companies in Charlotte only to be charged an outrageous price for diagnostic and service call only to be told by the technician that my unit was outdated and unrepairable and I would need a new unit "lucky me, he had a salesman with him" I was quoted $12,547.73 for a new, more efficient unit, My husband wanted to get a second opinion and our neighbor told him about Air Energy Experts, from the office to the service Technician, We were very pleased, were we told our unit could be fixed, but is was not very efficient and we could save money buy getting a new unit, we were given a quote for the same product same warranty for $7,328.56 installed, out the door, so we , and we had a install crew at our home the next morning installing our unit, We highly recommend this company and will use them to replace our other two units.
