Provided by YP.comPOOR health care.
My loved one had to call herself to be taken to hospital to be treated that needed medical attention. Carpet coming up and not fixed by staff which is not that many to take care of all the residents.
Staff was nice but place was very run down and housekeeping was poor at best. Mother-in-law there for 5 months before she died. We pre-paid December co-payment several days early due to scheduled vacation. She died while we were gone and the nursing home never refunded the balance of our co-pay even after repeated attempts to collect from them. They were to charge us for 6 days of private pay status but they kept all of our payment without refunding the $2000 balance they owed. They repeatedly gave us the runaround on the phone with different excuses each time. I wouldn't put a dying flea in this place and would definitely warn others not to trust them.
