I was overcharged for my tax preparation. I came in late February and spoon fed all of my tax information to Mr. Jackson. He did not have my taxes ready until April 11, 2008. His incompetent staff put the wrong address on my federal form. My tax refund will not be here now until late July. He miscalculated my state refund by $350. He does not offer efile. He is old, stupid, and should retire.
