Very good service, definitely improved under new management, hoagies are the best in the world and will always be a customer, Howdy Pilgrim!

We put our order in at 10:35 this morning with a delivery request of 12pm. They told us they could do 12:15 and it is now 1pm. We still have not received our food. We called at 12:35 and was given an excuse (of course) and was told it was on it's way. We are in Moorestown BTW. It is a 3 minute drive from our building. When we called to check the status, we were not offered any kind of discounts or coupons for the wait and inconvenience. The delivery person never called to let us know the order would be late. We are expected to accomodate them and their horrible service - with nothing in return. I should add that this is the 3rd time we have had this problem. Primo Hoagies IS DEFINITELY losing our business because of this. The service is deplorable.
