UNPROFESSIONAL.I had an issue with the glasses THEY made for me. The sales person cleaned the lenses and told me there was nothing wrong with them. The person told me I would have to come in later that week to speak with the owner. In the mean time it took my glasses to an independent place to have them double checked and that establishment advised that the focal point was not done correctly and was off by a few millimeters which was likely the cause of my problem. When I went in to speak with the owner. I tried to explain what the other place had found and he did not want to hear it. His only solution was that he offered to order different lenses at MY OWN cost!!! He wouldnt even check them to confirm/deny what the other place had found!!! I was appalled - completely and absolutely disgusted. unprofessional atmosphere (sales rep wearing worn out jeans, flip flops, and shabby tee shirts) completely matches the unprofessional service. Shows me for trying to support a local business!
