I custom designed these shirts for my friends birthday and sent them to the owner. She was nice to me in our original contact. I paid in full for the two shirts and she said they would be done by the 20th. On the 20th they weren't done and she said she could deliver them in my mailbox on the 21st. She did that yesterday and did not put them in any sort of packaging so they got dirty, then she blamed it on me. I opened the shirts and they were not at all what I had ordered originally and they were the wrong size. I went up there today and she said she felt "bad" because I had to have the shirts today because we leave for vacation tomorrow. Somehow she was able to create new shirts within hours of me going up there when she had been late on the first deadline. She never called me to ask my opinion or what color or size. She had made blue shirts that are MENS LARGE when I ordered a women's medium originally. She was unapologetic and very rude. was never offered a refund or an apology.

A large order was made for our T-ball team, this included the team shirts with socks and an additional order of parent shirts with extra writing on the back. We received our shirts without the socks because "some kids took them" the day before our first game, five days after the said date of recieval. We then received our socks to go with the shirts another week later, non embroired socks just regular. Our parent shirts were still not finished. Two weeks into the season a week shy of 2 months after the order the shirts were stained and paint splattered. Thus company said there would be no money refunds but would fix the parent shirts. This is not how a business should conduct itself, there was a lot of money given and beyond poor quality. I would not advise this business to my enemy!

Have had nothing but problems ...

Have had nothing but problems with this company. DO NOT pay in advance. They do not pay their bills or deliver goods or take calls. Be VERY careful if you deal with them. They do not honor their word or agreements.

Be very wary of this particula...

Be very wary of this particular business. They ordered $750.00 worth of product from me that shipped to them COD and they stopped payment on their check. Granted, there was a price discrepancy that they were displeased about. We took care of the price discrepancy and they have yet to pay me for my product - even at the reduced price. It's been 3 months now. Still no payment or response to contact attempts.
