EXCELLENT customer service and selection! My husband brought me in recently for a birthday present and not only did they treat us like family, but had a wonderful selection of loose sapphires and helped us choose the perfect setting and stone. I am beyond in love with this wonderful ring!
I have had 3 diamonds fall out of my band in 1.5 years of wearing it. I take it off when cleaning and showering also. They replaced the first one no problem but then it fell out again 2 months later... and by that point the year warranty was expired. Thank goodness i have insurance but this just shows me the poor quality especially when i paid close to $3,000 for the band alone!!
All of our rings are guaranteed against manufacturer's defect for a period of one year. If there is anything wrong with the ring, we will gladly repair or replace it at no charge. Unfortunately, all jewelry needs to be worn with care, and sometimes accidents do occur. We certainly cannot be resposible for accidental damage, but this customer feels that we should. She freely admits that she has the ring insured, which we had recommended, but she is very frustrated that her ring needs repair. She chose to write this bad review, rather than accept the responsibility that she damaged the ring wearing it. If she had brought the ring in, there would still have been no charge to her for the repair. For over thirty-five years, Lewis Jewelers has delivered award-winning service to our customers, and we will continue to do so.
I love this jeweler! We have bought several pieces from there over the past few years, including our wedding rings and have never had a problem. The service is great and friendly and the selection is amazing. Couldnt ask for more! We have also had to bring in a few peices for repair, cleaning, etc. and they are always prompt and easy to deal with! Only jeweler my husband and I use!!!
