Founded in 1959 by John M. Robinson, LPS Industries was then known as Lawrence Packaging Supply, a converter of military specification barrier materials. The company is a diversified manufacturer in the flexible packaging industry providing packaging solutions to many market segments such as medical, food, transportation, electronics and agriculture. Its three product groups include items such as custom laminated roll stock, custom barrier pouches, resealable polyethylene bags and zipper profiles, pressure sensitive envelopes, pressure sensitive labels, identification products and hazardous material shippers. One of the company s largest customer s is UPS, to whom LPS supplies labels, waybill pouches and packaging. LPS Industries laminated foil bags-on-a-roll won a silver award in technical innovation at the Flexible Packaging Association s achievement awards in 2005. It is an ISO 9001:2000 certified company. LPS Industries is located in Moonachie, N.J.
