0These guys were great! I recently made a big purchase (2014 tesla Model S). When purchasing my Tesla I quickly realized they do not accept any trade-ins. Tesla offered me a quote from Auto-Nation my 2006 Mercedes S500. Unfortunately for me the offer was much lower then expected. After doing some searching on the web I found DNA Auto, they were able to give me about 1000 more then Auto Nation and picked up my car same day. The entire transaction took less then 30mins and I was off to pick up my new car.
Sold my 2003 BMW M3 to DNA. They offered $2500 more than the BMW dealer in Manhattan. They gave me a ride back to SoHo after completing the transaction. I think I could have got more privately if I waited till spring but they made it easy.
These guys bought my bmw from me, they explained the lien payoff process. To be honest I was skeptical and worried my loan would not be paid off in a timely fashion. They drove to FedEx with the payoff check and sent it out in front of me. I could have got more for my car if I sold it privately but the inquires I received were not serious enough to make it worth my time.
I had 1 week before moving into NYC for work and could not afford bring my car with me. I called a few car buying companies and most of them were unresponsive and did not answer the phone - the first call to DNA proved promising - they explained the process and committed to a same day appointment. 2 hours later we met at a Bank of America near my home and they purchased my car with no hassle.
