      i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended This was my first experience buying a car from a dealership, Tony Trapuzzano helped make my experience very pleasant and comfortable. He helped me to find the exact car that I needed, he really knew his stuff! I am very pleased with the service and I have already started to recommend Kenny Ross Toyota to my friends!       My experience with Tom Jacoby at Kenny Ross was excellent. He listened to me regarding what I wanted in my Tacoma and provided gave me that vehicle. He never tried any high pressure tactics and I enjoyed our price negotiations. It was a pleasure doing business with him. As a salesman with more than 35 years experience, I can tell you that Tom is a true professional and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy a Toyota. Frank Greco
