Over two years ago this contractor modified our monitor heater. He did so improperly. The monitor became inoperable in the middle of winter and totally destroyed by his modification. We paid him $800.00. The new monitor was not covered; this contractor was not certified or qualified to do the modification. We had to purchase a portable heater and pay $1800.00 for a new monitor. We have repeated called and asked S & S for a refund. Calls ignored time and time again. Do not use this company.
