My services can be your instrument when everything you have tried on your own to LIVE WELL has not sufficed. Although understanding the source and causes (usually a web of causes... like fitting pieces of a puzzle together) is important; what leads to everlasting change and freedom is applying the knowledge you have gained. Working collaboratively, we will individualize your treatment and goals to move forward and GROW through lifes challenges powerfully and skillfully. By drawing upon your strengths, establishing and implementing new tools, you can increase your quality of life and create a life that FULFILLS you. I maintain a balance between giving you the tools to guide you in reaching your set goals and meanwhile provide a healing experience through congruence, genuineness, empathy, and respect.
