      Mr Andrew Levander,

      I was a client of Mr. Levander for 3 years and he was never a doctor. Mr. Levander is a nice guy, but he was last or cancelled appointment often, which is not acceptable. One of my issues was my self-worth so when he didn't show up it enhanced my worthlessness.
