Petals and things is the perfect little shop to buy flowers. The people are friendly, the flowers are fresh, and they go above and beyond to make things happen as perfectly as possible. I have never had a company go out of their way to deliver, but Petals and things did just that! Wouldn't buy flowers anywhere else !

i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseAs an out-of-stater, I figured I could beat the nationwide florists add-ons and call a local florist for the bouquet I wished to send. I was familiar with the Petals & Things from passing it on Main Street when in Montpelier, so called them. After my experience, I would never go anywhere else. The owner herself answered the phone and guided me (a dumb guy) (or is that redundant when it comes to flowers?) to exactly what fit my needs. She showed her knowledge of the area by pointing out that she knew the recipient, had done her wedding flowers, and was aware of the recipients impending pregnancy. Wow. She then put up with a lonely old man taking up her precious time talking about other things. I didnt need it, but she reminded me of why I love Vermont, and the people there. If youre looking for a florist, look no further. You will be satisfied.

A cute little shop in downtown Montpelier. Friendly service and a great selection of fresh flowers. I purchased a bouquet for my grandmother's birthday and it stayed beautiful beyond expectation.
