Nothing wrong with the sales end but today I went in for help. One of the people behind the counter was "Brianne". What a bit_h!! I've had my phone for less than 10 days and still have a lot to learn. She treated me like I was a stupid incompoop. I left before getting insulted anymore and before I had my answer. Don't look for me to ever go back to that store unless "Brianne" is not working.

Tobin works at Verizon in Monticello mn. He is a real jerk. If you are not there to buy some expensive phone, he doesn't care to help you. I needed help with erasing e-mails on my apple I phone 5. He told me he doesn't know how and to call my e-mail service company. It took me 2 minutes to google the answer. Plus, he was cocky and a real jerk. Avoid this store! They don't care to solve a problem if it doesn't mean a profit for them.
