It is always a great clean place to sit and eat whether it's breakfast lunch or late night...☺

I have never received spectacular service here, but yesterday was the worst. As I was waiting on my family's order, I observed a worker drop a glove, pick it up, put it on, and begin preparing food. I ask the cashier to speak to the manager. Come to find out it was the manager on duty. I told her what I saw. She told me, "It didn't touch anything." I told her, "I saw you." She rolled her eyes and said, "I'll change gloves if it will make you happy." When our order was ready, 10 minutes after ordering, part was missing, there was very little meat on the quasadillas, and it appeared to be thrown on a tray. As we were finishing, a worker came in talking loudly about how she wasn't on the clock yet and wasn't doing anything until she clocked in. What ever happened to customer service?!

Many a times I have ordered something that requires silverware and they do not put it in the bag, so I can't eat the food.
