Came in close to 5pm and thought I would only pick up a brochure and make an appointment to come back another time. Monica offered to tour us and was understanding and knowledgable. She answered all questions and made my friend who was skeptical about assisted living feel very comfortable and even laugh. You have a very nice facility and we were made to feel at home.

We have been trying to transition Mom into Assisted Living and have visited Live Oak Assisted Living three times. Mom has made the decision that she should begin planning and when ready, Live Oak Assisted Living is the one! Monica remembered our names from over a year ago and my Mom's history. She helped bring comfort to the decision and Mom cannot compliment her enough! Thank you Live Oak Assisted Living for a true familial entity.

This is a very nice, welcoming place. One positive is that it is family operated and you will see how important the people who live there are. The main positive is Monica as she has a really happy presence and you know its genuine from how the people look at her. We were on tour and when they saw her, they seemed to get happier. She spoke to all we passed and very one of them lit up. I want my parent to live there when they finally make decision.

We went in to tour and even though it was Sunday, Monica was nice enough to tour us. Beautiful facility and according to the people who live there, Monica is a true gem. Thank you Monica for being so nice.

We were on pins & needles hoping dad would qualify. What a Godsend Monica is! Monica helped us with everything!She continues to amaze us with her kindness and knowledge! If you have not visited Live Oak Assisted Living, you need to!

From the moment you walk in the door to the time you leave, there is comfort. Our tour was so informative and she made us feel at peace with the decision to move mom . Other places we toured said the words but at Live Oak, she embraced the meaning and we without a doubt made the right decision!

What a great place for mom!! Its an easy country drive when we visit!
