We have eaten sandwiches from there several times and have always been very pleased with the food. They have been pleasent to deal with and always smiled and said thank you. It is a fast food business not the Ritz and if you are nice to them they are nice to you. Too many people expect too much from everyone.

Not only were the workers incredibly rude (the teenager "in charge" on 9/23/10), blaming us for him not giving us a receipt, but our sandwiches were lacking ingredients and obviously thrown together (we also got sick the next day). STAY AWAY from this store unless different management takes over. The JJ in Oswego is MUCH better.
