What a life saver!! After my now fiancee found a ring at another jewelry store that she fell in love with, I was not satisfied with the service or the quality of the diamonds. I did, however, have the picture of the ring that she loved. I took this in to Cronier's with me and within 2 days I had a price quote (that was better than what I had gotten at the other store) and a gorgeous center stone that was a steal of a deal! Unlike some other stores in town who claim to "custom make" their jewelry, Cronier's really DOES make it. They took the picture I had and made an even more beautiful version of what my fiancee wanted. They truly save me on getting exactly what she wanted. We are both extremely happy with the ring and with the service that we get at Cronier's. We've gone back for both of our wedding bands and will be going back for whatever we may need in the future. LOVE this store! Not only was everyone friendly and more than willing to help, my new ring is absolutely gorgeous! Not only was I able to sit down and design my own ring, I never felt pressured for time or to purchase something that wasn't really what I wanted. They have very experienced salesmen and women who are willing to take the time and make sure you are getting exactly what you want; whether it's a $10 repair or a $10,000 sale. They even offer you a drink as soon as you walk in the door. I'll be going back for any future repairs or jewelry purchases.
