  Our practice consists of Board Certified Neurologists serving Alabama. Our neurology practice is located in Montgomery, AL. If you have just recently scheduled your first appointment then we ask that you print and fill out the three forms listed above. Please bring these to the appointment so that we may see you as quickly as possible. • Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
  This test measures how quickly the nerves in your arms and legs conduct electrical signals. It’s often used to diagnose carpal tunnel syndrome or neuropathy.
• Multiple Sclerosis
  A lumbar puncture (spinal tap) is a minimally invasive test that removes a small amount of spinal fluid to record the opening pressure, look for signs of infection, multiple sclerosis, and cancer.
• Epilepsy
  An electroencephalogram is a test that detects electrical activity in your brain. Electrodes are attached to your scalp and is one of the main diagnostic tests in diagnosing and treating epilepsy.
