Your Best Vision Is Our First Priority!

General Info
PRIMARY EYE CARE includes a comprehensive vision and eye health examination. This examination is designed to detect a wide range of problems affecting vision function, such as blurred vision or eye discomfort. Evaluations for eye health disorders are also performed. Computerized examination instruments are used to supplement rather than replace personalized care. Examinations include tests for glaucoma, cataracts, macular degeneration, and the ocular effects of many general health disorders such as diabetes and high blood pressure, as well as effects of medications. Optical Coherence Tomography: Montesano Vision Center is pleased to offer the latest high-speed, high-resolution OCT technology for retinal and corneal mapping. This technology uses light beams to scan and map the interior structures of the eye, providing detailed images for Dr. Wills to evaluate. It is particularly helpful for examining and monitoring macular degeneration and glaucoma. Digital Fundus Photography: Our retinal camera provides a digital picture of the retina, optic nerve, and macula. This picture can serve as a baseline measurement for future comparison of the general health of the back of the eye. Contact Lenses We provide comprehensive cornea and contact lens care. After an eye examination we evaluate your eyes and determine which type of contact lens will best suit your individual needs. We prescribe all major brands of soft and ridged contact lenses.
