The front desk booked an appt for me and asked me to bring a copy of my most current xrays. I pay my old dentist $25 to get xray copies. I take the day off work to get to my appt with this office (with xray copies in hand) and they tell me that their dentist doesn't use digital xrays (which is what I have) so I need to pay $40 for film xrays. The clerk then has the nerve to tell me that I should've asked what kind of xray copies they can and cannot use!! I ask to speak to the dentist and the same rude clerk tells me the dentist is not back from lunch yet!! At this point is 25 minutes past my appt and I just walk out and never come back.
