Dr. Silva is the best dental surgeon in town as far as I am concerned. One of my children had a bad experience at another dental surgeon (apparent poor choice of pre-op sedative for a highly nervous patient) and we then were fortunately referred to Dr. Silva. Dr. Silva took care of the sedative, i.v. and extraction perfectly. He gave my child a sedative for my child's first major dental work (my child was very nervous about the extraction) and Dr. Silva somehow made my child feel comfortable and did the i.v. and extraction.

For me, Dr. Silva did excellent tooth implant work and explained everything happening really well. As a parent who has moved a lot, I have met a lot of dentists and specialists. Dr. Silva is a great dental surgeon and really cares about doing excellent work and being friendly.
