The staff were friendly and professional and the job got done as requested. The estimate given prior to the work was inflated by 4 hours (2 hours each for 2 employees) and I was billed for those hours despite the fact those hours were not spent working on my residence. The company defended this by claiming I am responsible for paying their employees for the entire day since the company didn't have any other work available for them after departing from my residence. They also claimed a different level of work was done for me which was not previously mentioned and because of this generosity, I must pay the extra 4 hours of time.

I can't imagine how an experienced contractor would think it takes 8 hours for 2 employees to install 3 cameras. Beware of the veracity of estimates given by this company.
