I have been a tenant before at this company. I rented a condo in Monterey I never had any problems they gave me my deposit back. Now 9 years later I am currently renting a house with this company and whenever I call for maintenance they respond immediately at least the next day the problem is resolved. I always enjoy talking to the staff. They're really helpful.

I rented from them a long time ago, and now I am again. They very friendly , and willing to help. When I have had needed small repairs done to my apartment, they have been right over to fix them. The apartment that I rented was clean when I moved in, and the hallways and common areas are well maintained. I have been very happy with the office personnel as well, as they have always been prompt getting back to me when I have questions. I have recomended Creative Property to my friends and co workers who have asked me about renting an apartment or house, and I will continue to do so.
