Chef Harout has a true passion for creating authentic European pastries using homemade and natural ingredients. He prepares fresh products with an unsurpassed attention to detail and quality. In pursuit of taking his 10+ years of culinary expertise to the next level, he now offers his sweet creations at Brioche Pastries in Montebello, CA.We have an assortment of seasonal treats including miniature French pastries, cakes, tarts, cookies, cupcakes, espresso/coffee drinks and other pâtisserie - style favorites. Our pastries are made with real sugar, real eggs, real butter, fresh seasonal fruits and quality ingredients. We emphasis the goodness of simple, delicious, homemade products made from scratch and avoid artificial flavors & sweetners. Brioche is the only pastry shop in the area that carries French Macaroons (please note: not available daily - ordering is recommended). Cakes must be ordered in advance.
