Regular Hours:The Immersion is 100 hr training, broken up into 8 weekends. Each part is broken into 3 weekend sets... (Except for part III which is only 2 weekends). If you have taken other parts of an Anusara® Immersion, feel free to join us for single weekends or even days. Please contact Omni with your specific needs. The schedule for each weekend is as follows: Friday Nights 6-9 Sat & Sun 1-6pm
