I recently purchased a Miele Vaccuum cleaner from this store. The owner, Adam, was extremely helpful in deciding which vaccuum cleaner to buy. He was very knowledgeable and detail oriented. His prices were very reasonable and he even gave us a free box of vaccuum bags, and several packets of scents for the vaccuum cleaner. Our purchase also included 1-year in-store service including a full tune-up in addition to the manufacturer's warranty. He also carried the vaccuum cleaner to our car parked a couple of blocks away.
