Left us in the lurch after we'd paid big bucks - & we ain't the only ones!This outfit very pricey, but so mismanaged & cash poor they couldn't get subcontractors to work for not having paid them, needlessly prolonged job by months. Steps skipped or done in bizarre, inefficient order. Owner often committed details to memory, causing further problems. Owners careless: didn't know what they were doing, didn't know construction; not accountable, full of excuses. Measurements were inaccurate, generating domino effect of issues. Shoddy work: much of carpentry had to be re-done by someone else for their having used wrong materials, hung cabinets incorrectly, put up walls not plumb. Short-cuts uncovered later had to be fixed or would've been costly down the line. Showed up until they got our big check, then just about forgot us. They did not honor their contract. Don't fall for slick website. Poor planning. Poor communication. Poor execution. Woefully unprofessional.
