Founded in 1925, Immaculate Conception High School is a Roman Catholic coeducational college preparatory school that serves students in grades 9 through 12. Its academic curriculum includes physical education, English, history, science, computer applications and psychology. Immaculate Conception High School organizes several extracurricular activities that include choir, dance and tutorial programs. It also operates art, chess and computer clubs. In addition, the school conducts cheerleading, tennis, volleyball and softball athletic activities. Immaculate Conception High School operates religion, Spanish and guidance departments. It organizes Writing Across the Curriculum and Student Hospital and Research Experience programs. The school is administered by the Sisters of Charity and governed by board of trustees and accredited by the Middle States Association of Schools and Colleges. Immaculate Conception High School is located in Montclair, N.J.
