He must not know much about Montclair judges which is the whole reason I went with a Montclair lawyer. After a consultation and the upfront fee I find out AT COURT that the judge is known to have no mercy on our type of case. The lawyer representing us was terribly misinformed and told us it could have been worse which I later found out was false. On top I called and left a message with the secretary to talk with Mr Mott about what happened and he never called me back. He got his money and ran. Stay away if you are smart - must be better lawyers out there.
