Those bad reviews below are not even about this business!! This is a new business just opened this year. The shop is clean, pretty, and the staff loves the dogs and treats them like their own! My dog is always clean, smells great and looks gorgeous! She can't wait to go inside when we get there, and she's never in a cage. She gets to hang out in the daycare area and play. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Don't know what these reviews here are about. This place has just opened in March of 2011. New name of Bark'N Roll with a new owner..Not sure what the former name was but whatever reviews are here from 2009 are not for this new establishment...Place has been completely redone and freshly painted. Looks very clean and professional. The owner is very pleasant loves dogs and is herself a dog owner of 3 . Reviews could be for a previous establishment here but with a different name and owner. Heard nothing but good things so far.

I'm not sure what these other two people are talking about because whenever I bring my dog here the staff is always friendly and willing to talk with me and answer questions. The DOG is their client and number 1 priority. Once when I was there an owner came in with their filthy matted dog and wanted the groomer to save his hair. The groomer refused to demat the dog and explained that it was not safe for the dog. Health and well-being before beauty. My dog always comes out with a great haircut, clean fur, bandana, and fresh scent. I also love that my dog is not put in a kennel all day but instead gets to play in the day care area with the other dogs while he is there. I feel very confident in their abilities to care for my dog and LOVE that I can drop him off in the morning and pick him up after work. I know that when I pick him up he will be gorgeous, happy, and tired from a great day of play.

i agree with the other poster: AVOID this place. cramped. unorganized. everyone in a tizzy and a really bad job on my dog. he was still dirty on his skin when you pulled his fur back and the groomer nicked him in two places with the scissors. the owner was extremely rude and short with me too. made me feel like i was bothering her..

void this place, they over book, so they are always in a rush, very standoffish, rude, and short. I get stressed just walking into the place. Because there were so many dogs, the place was dirty and it did not feel clean. When I got my dog back they did not cut inside his ears, and he smelled like dog poo. It was a terrible experience and definitely not worth the $85 for a standard dog cut. Avoid at all costs.
