Their cancellation policy is horrible. I have an injury and brought in a doctors note and they charge a $25 cancellation fee, that almost as much as my monthly fee! if I want to register again I need to pay the processing fee. it makes it not worth coming here

The staff in this place is completely UNPROFESSIONAL. They need to obtain customer service and sensitivity training. Bad place!

This club has a problem with the staff's sensitivity training. They respond to any complaint as you are hurting them. Today, I asked the l lifeguard, overseeing 4 people in the pool late on a Friday, if she could get me a 'noodle', as I am afraid to walk on the wet tile, and all the life guards do this "favor", as I would have to walk almost the length of the wettest edge of the pool to get one for the exercises I need to do. The noodles are not far from the lifeguard's chair. I am a 70 year old lady, and had jsut come from the doctor, as I have an injury. She read me the riot act, about how I have to put it back, and then she asked for my name. When I remarked that her attitude was bad, she asked for my name, and FILED A complaint against ME. When I went to leave, I discovered that the manager had taken my card. This is not the first time, an employee has regarded a simple request in an almost empty gym, as a great exertion. Clean fascilities and good equipment,a nd a nice pool.
