Prices are supposed to be "factory direct", but they are the same as a H. Depot, etc. It took them 4 months to get my window replaced. they had it made too small. All along, I was told the window would be in "next week", "after the holiday", etc. These windows are no better than Superior or the entry level Depot brand.
