I moved out of Royal Park Apartments last year and I miss it there. The manager was very nice and understanding, she went out of her way to help me whenever I had a problem. The maintenance staff lives on site and is always available, even during the holidays (if you have an emergency, I locked myself out on Christmas!) They also have pools which is nice to be able to go swimming, especially during the summer. When I had a small spot of paint chipping on my wall, they offered to either come in and fix it for me, or to just give me some paint so that I could do it myself at my leisure. Most of the apartments are newly remodeled and they look so nice. My new apartment in Arizona is a bit older and not very contemporary in styling so I miss my old one. Another great thing is each apartment has specific assigned spots so you never have to worry about finding parking. I encourage you to go look at the pictures they have on their website.
