I recently had the luxury to visit this beautiful beauty salon in cozy Monrovia, CA. I have been to many salons in the Pasadena area, so I wasn't sure what to expect here. I was amazed from the moment I walked in! The staff were so courteous and polite, but not in a "I want your money kind of way" like a salesman, just simply kind and loving. The owner Maria, has done a fabulous job renovating this corner of Old town Monrovia. She is a master colorist and has raised a thoughtful son, Christopher (he brought her an orchid arrangement while she was applying color to my hair). This kind gesture made me feel so incredibly warm inside.After seeing how wonderful my, and the other clients who were there that day, hair came out. I immediately asked to buy a gift certificate for my mother. They showed me a list of ideas they called "Spa packages" and I was so exited. It was exactly what I needed. My nails were carefully polish and my beauty package even included a healthy lunch with fresh lemonade. The staff was very friendly. I was particularly impressed that the salon was very clean despite the fact that I went on a very busy day. I strongly recommended it. Personally I will buy their gift certificates for this holidays. That was my best gift ever!
