I've been delayed in sending this but I can't speak highly enough of Ross. Our oven went out during holiday season '08. First reaction? Like most, my impression was that "big box" is better - more selection, cheaper, and quicker than the small local. Reality - through a series of miscues and missteps the likelihood of baking four dozen cookies for a church cookie walk was nearly eliminated. What was to be a Friday "certain" delivery quickly became a next Tuesday "probably" delivery. Not so with Ross. They promised a next Wednesday delivery with time depending on GE delivery. Morning came - Mark called - oven is broken, it'll come tomorrow. I explained the situation. They scoured the MSA, found and delivered by 3:30pm our oven, at great cost to them in time, effort and probably profit. They deserve your patronage.
