This was the worst experience that I have ever had in a store. I requested that a simple hem be completed on the pair of pants. The tailor ignored me when I asked a question about the needed work & then said that he needed 2 days to complete this basic hem. I received a call from him a few hours after I left the store asking me to return for another fitting. I tried to contact him for further clarification & no one answered the phone when I called the store over 10 times. When I decided to just return to the store after no call was answered, I asked some basic questions about the need for another fitting. He walked away from me when I was talking & had no eye contact. I ve never felt this disrespected by a store employee in my life. I asked about speaking with a Manager/Owner and he simply looked away & ignored me. This store has been at Monroeville Mall for years, but I never see any customers in there...now I know why. Please, do yourself a favor & take your business elsewhere.
