This restaurant is really poor. For dinner, the entrees are more like $20-30 - waaaay overpriced for what you receive. Everything seems to come out of a can. We recently went with a large group. Service was really slow. The table next to me got their appetizers as we got our bill. The food was pretty flavorless. I personally like the old school Italian vibe of the restaurant, but the food could make this place a candidate for Restaurant: Impossible. No flavor, small portions, and cheap cuts of meat. Go elsewhere.

I agree with the previous review that the food here is amazing. The decor is extremely outdated. The bar is a smoking bar and I am not sure how they get around this with Allegheny County restrictions on things like this. The bar is even a nice place to enjoy a drink if you can dodge the Witch who is always stuck at the end of the bar and sometimes a bartender. It is amazing that they have a crowd with her sitting there! She is rude and crude and not friendly! I would eat only in the dining room to avoid her and be able to enjoy the food!

A small out of the way place that you'd probably ignore and drive by if you see it from the outside. You'll be making a big mistake if you do! It's intimate; the food is great - from the appetizers to the desserts; and Tony Bennet singing in the background with pictures of SInatra all around gives it that bit of "class" that the older crowd would love. It won't appeal to the kids (or the Nintendo crowd), but anyone looking for a nice little place that's quiet and has a touch of homespun class will enjoy it. We've tried numerous appetizers, entrees, and desserts there and never had a complaint from anyone we ever took there - friends, family, and out of town business customers all seemed to enjoy the quaintness of the place. Do yourself a favor - stop in.
