Founded in 1995, Advanced Controls and Distribution (ACD) is a full-line distributor of industrial electrical supplies. Based in Monroeville, Penn., the company offers products across categories such as automation solutions, variable speed drives, safety products, industrial controls and power distribution. Its product range comprises circuit breakers and panelboards, motor control, sensors, transformers/ reactors, connectors, ethernet hubs, switches, cables and converters, safety devices and software, to name a few. Some of its partnering suppliers are Siemens, Weidmuller, Carlo Gavazzi, Entrelec, Liebert and Ferraz Shawmut. Advanced Controls and Distribution operates across western Pennsylvania, West Virginia and parts of Ohio.
