I am an Auto mechanic, so I can judge an establishment and quality of the service people, in ways that the average person doesn't have the time or expert knowledge to. I tried Raineys because I live less than 1 mile down the road (Bridgeton Pike). I am a down to earth..easy going person .We live and should always strive to be, and look out for our neighbors & family and especially our fellow mankind. My first visit was for a check engine light. Raineys made a list of troubles He found that required over $1300 worth of work. I have never had problems with this car so I took the list home and digested it, as I kept the car in cream Puff condition.(I am a technician & Car enthusiast). I found Outright fraud and they wanted to replace things that my model didn't even have for that model year. I asked him to put it up on the lift & show me their concerns. Thats when it got ugly. They are charging for things that they don't perform/ or not needed. Then it happened again with my neighbor.

I am very happy dealing with this shop for my car repairs. They put things in laymans terms so I can understand what is wrong with my car.

I have used Rainey's for years and would highly recommend them. They offer wonderful customer service and always keep me informed of any problems my car has.

I highly recommend Rainey's Servicenter. They are a family business that takes care of our vehicles as if they were their own. They are big on preventative maintenance which is great. Honest business and great to deal with. Can't say enough good about them.

Stay away from this service center!!!!! We recently had two cars serviced. One car was in for new brakes and tires. The card was running in supreme condition and only had 60,000 miles on it. They pride themselves in checking everything under the hood from A-Z. They advised that we needed a new belt and full transmission flush. We agreed, paid the large bill and drove the short distance home that evening. The next day the car severely overheated causing the head gasket to crack. Replacing the gasket would cost $2,000 - $4,000. They took no responsibility what so ever and even charged us a diagnostic fee when we brought the card back to them. This car was our daughter's car for college. Times are tough enough and now we are out one car. Please be warned. The attitude of the owner is appalling.
